All cannabis purchases are subject to California Excise (15%), City (4%) and State Tax  (7.25%-9.25% depending on your location). Only California State issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) holders are exempt from paying the State Tax. MMIC is a medical identification card that is issued by the California Health and Safety Department. Doctor recommendation, notes or scripts do not qualify as a MMIC. If you carry an MMIC, please be sure to let your dispatcher know upon placement of your order so that we can correctly calculate your total.
